Who it’s for
Teams afraid of deploy day
Releases are manual, rare and stressful. You want small, boring, reversible deploys, every day if you like.
Companies with a rising cloud bill
Costs grow faster than customers and nobody is sure why. You want visibility and a plan.
Products heading for scale
A big customer, a launch or a compliance review is coming. The platform needs to be ready before it arrives.
What you get
- 01Every environment reproducible from code, reviewed like code
- 02Pipelines that test, scan and deploy in minutes, with one-click rollback
- 03Dashboards and alerts that tell you something is wrong before customers do
- 04A cloud bill you understand, with savings that stay saved
Deliverables
- Cloud architecture
- CI/CD pipelines
- Infrastructure as code
- Observability & alerting
- Security hardening
- Cost optimization
Materials
Tools we reach for first, chosen per project and never by habit.
- AWS
- GCP
- Vercel
- Terraform
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- GitHub Actions
How we weave it
- Pass 01
Audit what exists
Architecture, spend, access and failure history, mapped with the riskiest threads identified first.
- Pass 02
Codify
Infrastructure moves into version-controlled code, so every change is reviewed, repeatable and reversible.
- Pass 03
Automate the path to production
Tests, security scans and preview environments on every change; deploys become routine.
- Pass 04
Observe and tune
Tracing, logs, metrics and cost reports, reviewed regularly and turned into concrete improvements.
Questions, answered
Which clouds do you work with?
AWS and Google Cloud for full infrastructure, and Vercel for web front ends. We keep architectures portable where it matters and avoid lock-in you did not choose.
Can you reduce our cloud costs?
Usually, yes. Common savings come from right-sizing, storage lifecycle rules, reserved capacity and removing idle resources. We start with a cost audit so you see the opportunity before committing.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Often not. Managed services and serverless platforms are simpler and cheaper for many products. We recommend Kubernetes when your workload and team genuinely benefit from it.
Can you help us prepare for a security or compliance review?
Yes: access controls, encryption, logging, backups and documented processes that support frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001. We work alongside your auditor; we do not certify.
