Terms of use
Last updated · September 26, 2026
Plain terms for using this website. Client projects are governed by their own signed agreements.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of tanaloom.com and its pages (the “site”), operated by Tanaloom. By using the site you agree to them. Work we do for clients is covered by a separate master services agreement and statement of work, which take precedence over anything here.
Using the site
You may browse, read and share links to the site. Please don’t:
- attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it or its systems;
- use our forms to send spam, malicious content or anything unlawful;
- scrape it in ways that degrade the service for others.
Good-faith security research is welcome under our responsible disclosure policy.
Our content
The text, design, code, illustrations, generated swatches and trademarks on this site belong to Tanaloom or its licensors. You may quote short passages with attribution. Please ask before reusing anything else. Client names and logos appear with permission and remain their owners’ property.
What you send us
When you send us a brief or message, you confirm the information is yours to share. We treat project details as confidential and handle personal data as described in our privacy notice. Sending a brief doesn’t create an engagement or any obligation on either side until an agreement is signed.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including our own products. We’re not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don’t operate.
Disclaimers & liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Content here is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. To the extent the law allows, Tanaloom isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute about the site. If you’re a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your country gives you.
